Zoë Arden is an independent leadership communications expert who specializes in leadership, stakeholder engagement and storytelling. She is passionate about enabling individuals to build their capability to lead courageously, maximize their positive influence and impact, and create stories that drive change. Through her work, Zoë helps organizations craft compelling purpose-centered learning programs.
Zoë is also a Fellow at Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) where she is currently the convener of two online courses for existing and aspiring leaders; one is called Communicating for Influence and Impact and the other is called High Impact Leadership. She is also creating a third course called Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future.
Zoë draws on three decades of global business experience, 13 years of which were spent in Managing Director and Director level roles in complex organizations; including global advisory firm SustainAbility (now part of ERM), British Telecom, and global communications consultancy Golin, among others. She is also a co-author and contributor of research and reports on leadership development and experiential learning.
